Grand Ideas Kickoff (GIK), Väre, M202 Ryhmäopetus ~ 24.4.2024, 18:00

We are happy to announce that we have put together a workshop called the Grand Ideas Kickoff (GIK), where we will work together on the ideas we want to see happen within Entropy.

The main goal of the first workshop is to ideate together, form groups of people who are interested to work on a certain idea and allocate a budget for it. The ideas that have already been suggested can be found here (https://pad.entropy.fi/p/EntropicIdeas).

Afterwards, the groups can start bringing the idea to life, and in a month's time, we will meet again to check the progress. The format of the workshop is similar to what has been conducted for Spatial Art in E30V. The 5 major categories the ideas fall under are: clubroom, storage, organising events, workshops and member services. More categories can be added during the workshop.

Join us on the 24th of April in the Väre building, room M202 Ryhmäopetus in Otaniemi at 18 o'clock for the first GIK workshop. The duration of the workshop is around 3 hours. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Unfortunately, remote participation is not possible.

This is a good opportunity for all of us to work together and contribute towards this beautiful association. So come along and give it a try!

And even better if you are not an active member of Entropy yet, as this is a fantastic occasion for all of us to get to know each other.
